Managing subscription parameters

It is possible to set certain rules common to all the subscriptions of company shops.

A default setting is recommended, but you can change the values if you wish:

  1. Open the Settings menu > Company > Subscription, token and wallet.
  2. Edit the Warning period for the payment methods that are close to their exp. date field if you want to set a different delay.

    The notification delay is defined in number of months with a minimal value of one month.

  3. Edit the Delay for alert for approaching installments field if you want to increase or decrease the delay.
  4. Edit the Maximum number of payments in the schedule field if you wish.
  5. Click Save to take the configuration changes into account.
