Signing in to Merchant Back Office

Your Back Office is accessible on :
https://secure.osb.pf/vads-merchant/

  1. Enter your user name.
    Your login details (username and password) were sent to you in an e-mail with the subject Connection identifiers- [your shop name].
  2. Enter your password.
    Your login details (username and password) were sent to you in an e-mail with the subject Connection identifiers- [your shop name].
  3. Click on Sign in.
    The user's account is blocked after 3 incorrect password entries. If your account is blocked, click on Forgotten password or locked account to reset it.
     

    A user's password is valid for 90 days. After this period, the user must modify it by logging into his account.

  4. Open your authentication application. (See: link)
  5. Enter the one-time code generated by your authentication application.
  6. Click on Sign in.
