Viewing transaction details

  1. From the Management > Transactions menu, select the tab:
    • Captured transactions to list the transactions already captured,
    • Transactions is progress to list the accepted and declined transactions of the day.
  2. Double click the desired transaction.

  3. To view the holder authentication details, click on the Authentication of the cardholder tab.
